1. If you have Central Bank of Kentucky, you have no choice in what app to use, and you'll only be mildly frustrated with this oneHaven't been able to even do an instant balance since like a month after I got it and it's just only having errors2021 update.
2. Its been like this for 4 days...I need to be able to see my account and you can't do that on an unresponsive app.The app works good for everything that I need it for, and the mobile deposit works but they're camera that they make you use doesn't allow you to change lighting very well.
3. 19/20 times I can use the app with immediate transfers and balance information, faster than logging in to almost any other application.Was able to use this app until this month, now it will not even load up, it crashes before I even get to the log in screen.
4. I've been with this bank for 6 years and have had nothing but issues with my account and this bank for the last 5 months.
5. So aggravating!!!! But when it works it's very helpful for me to keep track of my money.I thought to uninstall the app to fix it but it is still unresponsive.
6. Only credit score available on this app is from Transunion, no other providers.App freezes all the time.
7. As long as you have a well-lit area the pictures of checks should be sufficient.Quick and easy, solid use of my phones' fingerprint scanner.
8. I cannot complain, my internet goes out more often than central banking can't transfer funds.
9. The newest upgrade has cost me time and frustration.
10. Currently in the process of finding a new bank to bank with where there's not so many issues.I love this ap.
11. It is still a regular occurrence that the app crashes, or gives me login errors saying the system is down.
