CoreNexa Customer Insights

1. If someone in the office picks up a call before I do it will cause the app to freeze with "Call incoming" stuck on my notification bar and I can't receive any more calls until I force stop the app and/or restart my phone.

2. Lastly, the app will not update the call log of missed/received calls and for some reason defaults to answering with speaker phone even when it is off.Decent calling software, good audio, relatively easy interface, but occasionally it will register that you're on a call when you are not, and it won't let you hang up.

3. Calls are never clear even with a great signal or WiFi, no ability to warm transfer, no way to join calls together, and if you put your phone in do not disturb mode once, it gets stuck there and if you manage to get the app to change it, it will randomly go back to DnD at will.

4. Not cool....Allows us to work from home, but the app constantly needs to be shut down throughout the day when you have multiple lines that ring for incoming calls and 1 person picks up before you do.

5. I can see this being a geat app with some polishing and added functionality but right now it's just meh.It's great to be able to make and receive calls from the office while at home, but it malfunctions all the time.

6. Can't get calls, dropped calls, doesn't ring, won't let me answer...you name it, it happens.

7. While working remotely I miss more than 75% of all calls coming in due to no notification or the inability to answer.

8. If you try to hit connect around same time as other person, but the call loads for them prior to you then the whole app needs to be shut down because you will be stuck in "connecting".

9. They keep pushing out updates that fix nothing.Garbage! Calls rarely connect regardless of how good my cell signal or my WiFi is.

10. Works great for a little while, but then the app craps out and when that happens I can't answer calls or make them.

11. Sometimes, the app doesn't ring until the call is finished and I receive an email notification of a new voicemail in my inbox.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CoreNexa Issues

1. Fix CoreNexa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CoreNexa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CoreNexa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoreNexa" » Open CoreNexa » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoreNexa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CoreNexa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoreNexa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoreNexa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CoreNexa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoreNexa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CoreNexa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoreNexa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoreNexa not working


2. Fix CoreNexa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoreNexa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoreNexa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoreNexa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • I have been logged out of my CorNexa and our GM who set up all our phones is not longer in that position. I do not have the Username or pass to log back in. We have tried to fix this issue but are unable to get back in on my cell.
    If you could please direct us as to what we need to do to reset my phone back up.
