1. The app still holds more information on ionity locations, however I start to doubt reliability of this data (such as actual charging capabilities) as some certainly don't match with my experience and expectations. It works well when it's only used to start, stop or pay for charging.
2. I am on the road a lot and although the chargers are great, using them is frustrating and tedious.Sign up worked OK for me, however without a plan navigator, this app just adds more hustle in between changing the various apps for simply travelling long distances from point A to point B.
3. Works great with direct cc payment... ----- Not only its extremely expensive to charge (its cheaper to drive american v8 suv rather than a small ev charged in Ionity), but its app is conatantly broken.
4. It says my email is already registered (I opened an account a while ago but haven't used it) but does not allow me to progress to a login page, it remains on an account creation page.
5. Since I have installed I have not been able to complete a charge without the app losing connection, so I have to go to the charger to see the progress.
6. Seems like very lazy app design to me...... far too many bugs and the UI is terrible.Update: still insanely expensive, but now its constantly getting problems when selecting google wallet for payment.
7. There seems to be some popup that ends up outside the screenUnable to rate individual charger locations or leave feedback on service aspects.
8. I'm willing to help with that if you need it! It would make people turn to electric vehicles a lot easierApp does not work.
9. We tried many times at various charging stations and two different Android phones.
10. But I'm missing a way to plan a longer journey.Keeps asking to connect to charger but already connected.
11. Such as actual charging speeds and average queue lengths/ occupation rates.
