Why should I report an Issue with tMail - Temporary Email?

Please fix!This app is very useful for protection from spam, hacking etc the only problem is that this app is full of ads and I do not regret to that but I must consider that instead of being full of ads it should provide an ad section on the screen else is alright.The UI is really amazing but in creating a virtual email is very slow .

4. It gives you the ability to have more than 1, 2, 3, 4, etc email accounts for quick things and signing up for a free trial or something so you don't start getting all these unwanted emails in your work or personal email address.

7. Thinking it might be an incompatibility issue with TalkBack, I got a sighted relative to launch it with TalkBack off and got the same crashing issue.

8. And also there is an option for 7.99 a month to get rid of the ads that take 5-10 seconds to open your emails or 5 seconds to erase them.

1. Fix tMail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tMail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tMail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tMail" » Open tMail - Temporary Email » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tMail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tMail - Temporary Email app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tMail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tMail - Temporary Email" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tMail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tMail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tMail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tMail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tMail not working

2. Fix tMail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tMail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tMail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tMail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
