1. Thanks guys - sure makes life much easier than having to claim manually - 5 STARS ALL DAY!!You made it right!! Much appreciated!! I have been using this app for the last month's, I do understand the update which happened in June has ruined the rating.

2. Dev didn't respond, but after a couple weeks of being down, it's working again today! Hopefully, it stays that way 🤞🏼This version is definately worse than the last one.. I'm pretty computer savvy, and although the last version could have even had a facelift, at least I could use it.

3. Long story short, it straight up just doesn't work on my device now.The new version did seem like it was a bit complicated to understand in the beginning - but if you persevere with following the steps it's really not that difficult after all.

9. From the Kiwi browser I attempt to download Bitbot Extension and get a 404 Error.

10. Now all the app does is launch the site, you have to download another browser, and download an extension for that browser.

1. Fix BitBot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BitBot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BitBot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BitBot" » Open BitBot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BitBot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BitBot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BitBot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BitBot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BitBot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BitBot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BitBot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BitBot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BitBot not working

2. Fix BitBot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BitBot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BitBot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BitBot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
