I have never had a bad experience with Charming and Main and my closet has never seen so many great quility items.This has been my go to place to get clothes for myself they are great they are fast at getting your order sent to you they have a variety of different people wearing the clothes so u know how it will fit different body shapes there shipping fee is awesome there just a all around great place to buy great clothes , shoes ,jewelry, Home goods, makeup etc they have it all at great prices.This app is so easy to use.

2. I love Charming + Main! This app is wonderful and so easy to use! It's so easy to navigate! Makes buying all the things so much fun! Upon further review and usage, I have removed a star due to the app lagging the more you scroll through the sections and if you open an item to look at it/order, it does not return you to the same spot when you go back to the section you are browsing.

1. Fix Charming and Main Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Charming and Main: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Charming and Main App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Charming and Main" » Open Charming and Main » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Charming and Main » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Charming and Main app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Charming and Main servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Charming and Main" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Charming and Main app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Charming and Main might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Charming and Main. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Charming and Main then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Charming and Main not working

2. Fix Charming and Main Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Charming and Main be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Charming and Main not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Charming and Main may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
