Why should I report an Issue with RaspManager?

1. Thank you developer(s)Managing my assorted Raspberry Pi's, through RaspManager is easy, providing access to the info I need, enabling custom control of each device.

2. Just for aesthetics, the tutorial text is very blurred and messy to walk through but the normal screens are clear.I bought it to support developement, but it really needs a lot of fixes on the code but also cosmetics, it is quite ugly made.

3. But not to many think like me...Can't properly browse phone filesystem on Android 10 to load the certificate file (you can still put it in the application folder) and can't list processes on Raspbian Buster.

4. Please further develope this app, as slowly more people are starting to use raspberry pi, this app comes second best and is not that stable, so a lot of them will go for the other one, which i personally do not like because of the privacy issues it's got.

5. Instead of showing how much ram is used, it is showing how much is free (it is showing, for example 3.6GB/3.8GB, when actual stat should read 0.4GB/3.8GB, for example).

1. Fix RaspManager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RaspManager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RaspManager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RaspManager" » Open RaspManager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RaspManager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RaspManager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RaspManager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RaspManager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RaspManager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RaspManager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RaspManager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RaspManager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RaspManager not working

2. Fix RaspManager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RaspManager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RaspManager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RaspManager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
