1. I would have liked to see an option where my account number or something popped up though too.Everything functions and operates smoothly except for one minor thing which I've noticed is that sometimes after 10:00 p.m. to around 8:00 a.m. the app doesn't open sometimes I don't know if that's connected to bank hours somehow but besides that very easy to learn and friendly to use.

3. However, when the app came up it gave me a choice to update and I chose "not now." I'm giving 3 stars because one shouldn't have to uninstall and then re-install an app to get it to work.

7. The app has improved tremendously over time and it's always exciting when I update and see all the new features.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CBT Issues

1. Fix CBT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CBT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CBT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CBT" » Open CBT Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CBT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CBT Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CBT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CBT Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CBT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CBT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CBT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CBT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CBT not working


2. Fix CBT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CBT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CBT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CBT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
