It's a humble request please🙏🙏🙏🙏Courses are affordable and worthy to enroll but their are several problems related to the app such as some time it takes to long to open even if the network is good , on taking classes the video just stops automatically that makes is really frustrating, when I download the video's it just stucks at the middle, I am really annoyed to the developers atleast fix these bugs it's ruining my studies .There is lot of bugs in this app Like recorded video suddenly starts buffering during class duration at any point of time due to which we have to restart the app 3 to 5 times during a single lecture.

I used to download the lecture just because that during study their would be no internet issue But even after downloading They shows problem Please Improve this Please improve the glitches in the app Even after downloading video didn't run smoothly Mine lots of time waste in this Please do improve the aap AsapNot up to the mark.

It bothers me to read, and often the video doesn't play, I am very attached to you, one day I was watching Gagan Pratap Singh's math class, and suddenly the video stopped automatically, too much problem in this app, fix all these things quickly.App has certain limitations like it auto rotates while flicking the phone also there is no skipping forward/backward options which makes it a bit annoying.

4. The major issue I faced and found it irritating is that when I start downloading a video and minimise the app, the downloading stops on its own after some time.

5. And also facing downloding issue sometime recorded video is also not playing then we have to download it again after refreshing the app.

6. Kindly fix these .The app does not run smoothly and automatically closes when opened, sometimes the video quality does not go above 144p.

7. Please fix these bugs.Came here again Videos are not working even after downloading the video.

8. Please!The Teachers are best, but when I download the video even in medium quality it takes very much data.
