Juno Customer Insights

1. Between uncalled for account freezes for pointless manual transaction reviews, crypto transactions being stuck on "pending", and authorization holds that should be released nearly instantaneously but instead take several days to revert to your balance, the issues feel neverending.

2. I also wasn't expecting to receive early payday deposits because the website doesn't mention it but I do.They say they'll automatically upgrade you to the useful account type of you direct deposit but they don't recognize one of the largest employers in the world and want me to send in more and more personal information to prove it's direct deposit.

3. This coupled with a complete lack of phone support are the reasons I would suggest looking elsewhere for a financial institution.There was a transaction on my account that was cancelled but Juno did not give me my money back.

4. Support is super responsive on Discord.I had a very bad issue, locked out of my account and was told it would be days until it was fixed.

5. I was so excited about this bank and app but that's just kind of a deal breaker if I need to prove my paycheck was a paycheck by emailing them documents with my social security number, name, address, and employment info.Not happy with.

6. AND im coming to find out your staff is using customer info and emailing phishing emails.Great experience and truly appreciate the variety of crypto offered.

7. Oh and not to mention they will sometimes just take the whole amount correction 2 dys later now my network fee is $17.50 on sending 19.0$!!!.. The support chat online.. good luck .

8. Terrible service.This is a bank that has had NO customer support in 3 days.

9. I sent every possible contact on Google search a msg and finally within a couple of hours it was resolved and I was granted access snd took my money out.

10. And transaction to send take forever to go through and the network fee on the same amount sent can range from 1.64 to 4 .95 not sure why that is .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Juno Issues

1. Fix Juno Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Juno: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Juno App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Juno" » Open Juno - Buy Bitcoin & Litecoin » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Juno » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Juno - Buy Bitcoin & Litecoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Juno servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Juno - Buy Bitcoin & Litecoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Juno app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Juno might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Juno. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Juno then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Juno not working


2. Fix Juno Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Juno be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Juno not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Juno may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
