Transit is OK, the user interface not as polished as TripGo, will persevere for the update.Pretty useful until latest update - now selecting an upcoming service from the listing of all services coming to a particular stop brings up a map that doesn't show the bus itself anymore (used to only happen if listing indicated no real time data for that bus, now always), and zooms right in to the stop (to the point where you can't even see the nearest intersection).

2. Real time data is incorrect, not an upstream TfNSW issue as another app I've started using does show correct bus arrival times.I've been using trip go for years and it was fantastic but the latest version (5) just will not work on my phone.

3. Now with the new update there is no live tracking of the public transport and the app crashes every time I try to enter a location in.

4. Why does this app now no work for me in New Zealand?? I entered start and destination point in London and it came up with bus routes but no bus routes for Wellington NZ.It used to be an app I couldn't live without but now its so malfunctioning it's barely useable.

5. Looking for a different app unless this one reverts the update Edit: The developer has replied about the crash issue but not about how they got rid of the live tracking of the transport.

6. Have been messed around so many times by trips not showing up or trips that recommend busses that depart before my connecting train or bus arrives and even buses that give incorrect departure times.

7. But, real-time gps tracking of buses hasn't worked for some time.

8. The November 17 2021 update fixed the crashes that made the November 1 Ver 5 Totally unusable for me.

9. Just tried Transit app and gps tracking works fine.

10. For example if I'm taking the same trip at the same time from Monday-wednesday I should have the option to add it to my planner without doing each day individually.

1. Fix TripGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TripGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TripGo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TripGo" » Open TripGo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TripGo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TripGo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TripGo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TripGo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TripGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TripGo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TripGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TripGo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TripGo not working

2. Fix TripGo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TripGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TripGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TripGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
