1. The app look nice and modern Dashboard customizations are not fully adjustable, but the predefined settings within each specific feature (cards, bank account, bill pay) are useful.The app is par for the course but the transition from Bank of Edwardsville to Busey has cost us nearly $70 due to late fees.
2. They could have at least threw in some "money saving tips" or an option to save your spare change from each transaction by rounding up to the nearest $I mainly use the banking app to monitor my transactions and pay my bills.
3. Probably need to switch banks now as I have lost all confidence.The best banking experience! Great people, great service, and they used to have convenient locations.
4. Thinking of doing the same.After finally gaining access to my account (the only negative experience i had, wish they had email recovery, but calling them turned out to be easier and less of an inconvenience than i anticipated), I am happy with the new changes made.
5. Then I did the forgot password to see if I could get in that way and I received an error message stating, "Sorry there were issues on Busey's end and the request could not be processed at this time".
6. Being able to view all my accounts is great, but I am still experiencing REALLY slow updates and way too many times there are NO transaction updating at all.
7. Very frustrating especially since I was login for a time sensitive issue.Love the bank.
8. You get the option to set up alerts, you can order a new card or report your old one lost but you can't lock the card like everywhere else.
9. Why can't I manage if I will be traveling so my card doesn't get turned off? That would have been a good new feature.
10. Not Busey, they are still sending physical checks to major credit card and insurance companies.
11. Tried 3 times yesterday (01/04/23) and transaction history stopped at Dec 15th!! Tried 4 times today and get a message that update failed.
