I really appreciate their attitude in dealing with issues like mine.Very good customer service!!!!Its been my second time to experience that they are deducting the certain amount of what Ive send even though I havent got the money from the remitance I always encounter errors on seding the money and after that it push through on my account without getting nothing it takes million of years before they resolve the problem I hope someone will help me now because currently I loose almost 1200dollars and no one is helping me about it !The app it´s really bad as the contact support as well.

BRIGHTWELL = HEADACHE!Before, when I'm using the pin to open the app to send money, there are several options like card to card transfer, bank of your choice as long as you properly register it, even an pick up option this application has, so it is really more convenient and they allow you to send the amount that you prefer, but now those options are gone and the worst thing is you need to convert it on your own cause they put percentage instead of amount.
3. The customer support team has been attentive and effective trying to solve an issue I had, with positive results.Face Check doesn't work for me, using Sony Xperia Premium, And latest Samsung Galaxy I'm not able to enroll my new bank account.

The best option is to use the finger scan, opinion available on most of the smartphonesReliable so far, works well and their team are of great assistance with my concerns - With the app But when i use the Brightwell Card for some transactions (SM Department Store - Philippines) they wouldn't allow me to use it unless i provide them with a National ID (Passport) that i dont normally bring when i do shopping.
5. I wrote many times to contact support because I cannot access to my account because was blocked and I got a new card and it´s impossible to access my account.
