Why should I report an Issue with BoxyBEE?

Thank you!I tried many apps and this one is one of the best but sole important features are missing : 1) Possibility to take picture of your hive and each frame all along the year in order to keep records and track evolution 2) Possibility to record with voice (will be reported after with icons) as it's not easy to touch to much your phone during harvesting 3) Possibility to add reminder 4) Extra : Record flower/tree around the hive to get estimation of period without honeyNewbee beekeeper, looking for a useful app.

2. A few questions Is there a plan to provide capability to use English measurements (lbs, gallons etc?) for the metrically challenged? Is there a user manual, or a video to explain the features? Is there a feature that allow photos of the frames and hives to be stored and retrieved via the app?So far looks alright and would definitely like to use this.

3. Would like to be able to change the name of each hive rather than just numbers, and to be able to add components also such as queen excluders, feeders etc.A fantastic approach to recording Hive data.

4. Sometimes you need to put things in retrospectively.Excellent app! The 2 things that I believe are missing are: 1) you should be able to edit a past inspection and 2) you should be able to remove the queen indicator (color) if needed.

5. Other than that, the graphic markings for each frame and what's on them is great... But can't use it for my purpose.End of life / No longer supported Do not use Groups! Any hives placed into groups will not be correctly restored onto your next device.

6. Layers of frames within hive change the depth to match brood or super boxes.

7. The visual of the frames and symbols for frame state and what is going on, is a really good idea.

11. It would be really useful if it did, but it can't be used for that type of configuration because it lacks the ability to add individual frames/bars, remove them, nor have an indeterminate number of frames/bars per hive/box, etc.

1. Fix BoxyBEE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BoxyBEE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BoxyBEE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BoxyBEE" » Open BoxyBEE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BoxyBEE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BoxyBEE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BoxyBEE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BoxyBEE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BoxyBEE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BoxyBEE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BoxyBEE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BoxyBEE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BoxyBEE not working

2. Fix BoxyBEE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BoxyBEE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BoxyBEE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BoxyBEE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
