1. Why do you have breaking notifications if no one can read them? The developers need to fix this problem by either removing the notifications or making it so that when you click on the notifications it will take you to the story.I was trying to listen to a BYU foorball game recently but the KSL Newsradio web app wasnt working for me.

2. NOTHING WORKS!!! GET THIS FIXED NOW!!!Yeah, requiring an account just to use the app is a ridiculous and unnecessary addition.I've used this to listen to the news while I got ready for work, every day since I moved here a few years ago.

3. Whoever thought that was a good idea to make it a requirement should have their employment reconsideredEvery since the latest update, it doesn't work.

4. Keep stopping!!I've spent more time listening to the same damn Gardener Village commercial it plays after it disconnects/reconnects than I have to the actual radio.

5. Keeps stopping, info bubble alerts to news and then you can't find it in the app, and it's just plain not as good as the old one.

6. Also when I get a breaking news alert, the notification link doesn't take me to the story.

7. Why? You want to track users?App wasn't great already, but this latest update is enough.

8. This app is so FRUSTRATING because it gives you a notification on your phone but when you tap on the notification to find out what's going on you can't find the story or article anywhere.

1. Fix KSL NewsRadio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KSL NewsRadio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KSL NewsRadio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KSL NewsRadio" » Open KSL NewsRadio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KSL NewsRadio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KSL NewsRadio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KSL NewsRadio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KSL NewsRadio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KSL NewsRadio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KSL NewsRadio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KSL NewsRadio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KSL NewsRadio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KSL NewsRadio not working

2. Fix KSL NewsRadio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KSL NewsRadio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KSL NewsRadio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KSL NewsRadio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
