1. Just can't have those notifications that lead to nothing but frustration!So frustrating you can't scroll to the portion of the video you want to watch! I use for the RSL games and you can't move the video forward beyond the clicking the 15 second fast forward a billion times.

2. Why would you send what is presumably a link to a story that isn't actually a link to a story? The only thing this app is actually good for is routinely reminding me to check a different source to learn about the days' COVID stats.This is awful.

3. I will click on a link from a notification and it will take me to the home screen with no way to find the specific story I'm looking for.

1. Fix KSL+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KSL+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KSL+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KSL+" » Open KSL+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KSL+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KSL+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KSL+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KSL+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KSL+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KSL+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KSL+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KSL+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KSL+ not working

2. Fix KSL+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KSL+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KSL+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KSL+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
