This app should remove from playstore due to fraudulent activities.Don't download bongo , this is really scam to earning money from people who like entertainment, there is no customer service or support, once you pay for subscription , again and again they will ask to pay for subscription,and you won't be able to watch any content,this is totally scam..... Google play should remove this app ,In a word, a wonderful app.

2. Please avoid this scam app! I have purchased 1 month subscription a few days ago, the money was deducted from my bkash account but no package has been added.

  3. Clear Bongo: Movies, Series & Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bongo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bongo: Movies, Series & Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bongo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bongo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bongo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bongo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bongo not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bongo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bongo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bongo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • "Failed to detect country code" what is the problem? Notice that all device which is connected in this connection line through wifi, have same problem. how can I get rid of and browse the apps properly.
