1. All this app is good for is looking at a STILL image of your character, if you can connect.When it works it's a great addition to keep your followers on missions.

2. when it's fixed, blizz needs to bring in pet battles, the wow mini games for world quests, and bring back the auction house.I like the app - when it works.

3. For bfa missions, success percentage dont display correctly.Great improvement has been made.

4. However, the shadowlands missions have been screwed up for several months so that the enemies are all in scrambled up positions, making it hard to know how to position my followers for advantage.

6. but sadly it doesnt anymore haven't been able to use it since 8.2. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, rebooted, and reinstalled 3 times in varying order and still no good.

7. Sometimes when setting up a party for a quest, the success percentage starts showing the 'loading' arrow and will get stuck on it despite logging off and restarting the app.

8. Most of the time I can't connect, and if I can, it acts like my characters have no missions active, or none available when they definitely do.

1. Fix WoW Companion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WoW Companion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WoW Companion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WoW Companion" » Open WoW Companion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WoW Companion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WoW Companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WoW Companion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WoW Companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WoW Companion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WoW Companion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WoW Companion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WoW Companion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WoW Companion not working

2. Fix WoW Companion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WoW Companion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WoW Companion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WoW Companion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
