1. And investigation shows that this APP is not for, nor does i function outside of specific areas.You can look at all you have recorded, delete easily what you dont want to keep, and use your remote all from your phone.

2. When I try to access my account from the app it tells me that i need MEDIA GATEWAY but does not allow me to initiate the function from the app nor does it give me instructions on how to do so.

4. I called they couldn't fix that they kept resetting the main modem so they schedule me an appointment after hanging from that call I had no cable or internet.

5. Waste of time... Typical for Wow when they 1st started they were a good company now they don't care about their customers and their service has continued to worsen over the years.They really deserve no stars I've had issue after issue with wow since I've had them.

6. Should have figured, after 20 years it is time to switch services, the cost is not worth the quality with WOW anymore.I have had minor issues in the past but always after contacting customer support im always satisfied in the end.. Great app over all.

7. When I was out of contract I had no issues but when I called to ask them to lower my bill my services went out so I reset the main modem every thing came back up.

8. Come to find out you have to have Internet & Cable service to gain access.

9. Called wow when it did not stream to my device only to be given the run around and then after 3 phone calls be told the app is actually up and running yet on their end.

1. Fix WOW! Ultra TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WOW! Ultra TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WOW! Ultra TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WOW! Ultra TV" » Open WOW! Ultra TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WOW! Ultra TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WOW! Ultra TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WOW! Ultra TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WOW! Ultra TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WOW! Ultra TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WOW! Ultra TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WOW! Ultra TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WOW! Ultra TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WOW! Ultra TV not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WOW! Ultra TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WOW! Ultra TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WOW! Ultra TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
