Battle.net Customer Insights

1. And I can only chat with them on my PC rather than the app cause of this never ending cycle of not being able to authenticate if you have to switch out of battle net to authenticate.Great while it works... The app is very convenient for keeping in touch with friends while away from your computer.

2. I haven't been able to use the app at all for several days as I'm stuck on the "still connecting" screen before it just says "something went wrong." At this point, it's faster to wait 10 hours to get home and log onto my desktop than it is to get the app working.

3. I just spent a full day stuck on login screen because "something went wrong." The issue randomly fixed itself which is good, but I am not the only person to have this issue.

4. Also seems to be a minor synching problem in regards to when someone was last on but that doesn't have any bearing on being able to chat.

5. It's outdated and confused by itself. It was working for some time, but since I got logged out (for reasons I don't know) years ago, I've not been able to log back in the few times I've tried.

6. All about getting down to business :)The app stopped loading properly a couple of months ago and when it does load I only can see one or two people on my friends list.

7. If it does end up loading in, it shows 0-1 friend and no chat conversations even tho I have 60+ friends. The app itself isn't that bad, but if you have an authenticator hooked up you can't use the app.

8. When trying to log in it will say "Oops! Something sent wrong." The entire time today, was fixed and then a week later (today) it came back.

9. Idk what all data is being fetched, but all I really want to do most of the time is approve friend requests and do chats.

10. Another issue, when I open another app then this app will reopen instead of being on the conversation it was just on.

11. More often than not I try to open this app and it says "Oops! Something went wrong" and refuses to actually open.
