1. (Even after reinstalling the app.)FWB FL!! I've been waiting for so long for a service that not only delivers food, but beer/alcohol/wine and/or other items from local stores and restaurants! In FWB, FL there are delivery services but none so versatile! Not to mention the super fast delivery! The app crashed after I placed my order so I didn't think anyone would be able to fulfill it - imagine my surprise when 20 minutes later I received a call telling me they were waiting outside! Thank you - this is now my go-to delivery app!Not sure what happened with the app update but I haven't been able to successfully use the app recently.

I don't know when it was update since I've been using the desktop site for a while but it wasn't this difficult to use before.Says that I'm located in the service area and shows me restaurants near me with accurate menus and everything, but then neither the app nor the website brings up any addresses in my city (despite me trying several different streets).

3. The use my location button also doesn't work on the app, so I can't order food because the app "can't find the address".The service is great, but this app is awful.

4. I got through once with the correct location and tried to place an order, but after selecting our options, the checkout button does not work.

5. I've received my food and it's smelled like cigarettes and taken way longer than the estimated delivery time.

6. I'm consistently getting a Google Maps error when trying to add my address, and when I enter my address, it's coming up with delivery in an entirely different state.

7. Not unusual for the app not to update status, but it usually updates by 10 minutes before delivery, so I called the support number.

8. If they were up front about the prices, that would be different, but trying to deceive people to make more money is not something I'll support.5:30 - place order.

9. I find a restaurant, look through the menu, click on something I want but when u try to add it, the button doesn't work.

10. I click on it like I have before and nothing happens.Thought the app was great until I realized they were artificially inflating the price of menu items in addition to the fees.

11. The bottom menu covers up a lot of valuable buttons and you can't edit your order.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyTown2Go Issues

1. Fix MyTown2Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyTown2Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyTown2Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyTown2Go" » Open MyTown2Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyTown2Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyTown2Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyTown2Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyTown2Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyTown2Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyTown2Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyTown2Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyTown2Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyTown2Go not working


2. Fix MyTown2Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyTown2Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyTown2Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyTown2Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
