1. Does not work at allWhat idiot designed this app? The lower menu bar covers up the button needed to submit your address! App is pretty useless if I can't save an address isn't it?!doesnt work right need to fix the bug when I put take out and select a time it actually saves the time and not cancels it out every timeThis app is horrible.

2. I usually like ordering with them because its the only service that delivers to my address and I've never had a problem with it until now they NEED to change their refund policy as its completly unfair especially if you recieve the COMPLETE wrong orderThis new update is horrible.

3. Then 2 hours later someone picks up the yesterdays leftovers that they call your order and deliver you cold food thats just been left out.

4. And non adjustable tips.How do i give ZERO stars? Gave me the complete wrong order and reading the refund policy said they aren't obligated to give a refund even if there was an error in the order.

5. Great always used this app and then some sort of update happened and my old one stayed in "delivery settings" or whatever and then the new app wasn't able to download because I still had the original app on my phone that brought me to this screen.

6. The problem is the order is placed right away and made and the your delivery driver changes to a diffrent person and then again.

7. So I deleted it and was left with nothing🙄🙄🙄Every order is delivered around the 2 and 1/2 hour mark.

9. Not worth the $10 they charge for delivery.Driver had 4 orders at one time.

10. This hawaii's attempt at pocketing money from apps like DoorDash or PostMates.

1. Fix Quick Cuisine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quick Cuisine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quick Cuisine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quick Cuisine" » Open Quick Cuisine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quick Cuisine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quick Cuisine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quick Cuisine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quick Cuisine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quick Cuisine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quick Cuisine might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quick Cuisine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quick Cuisine then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quick Cuisine not working
