1. It's so nice! Anyways, if you need help because there's some hangul on the app, please message me on Tiktok @agustdfeatjk.I can't login on the app since the bts exhibition notification moves along the screen and no close button is provided for it.

2. But it's a good concept and the museum was sick.Won't let me sign in! I tried using my weverse and my Twitter to log in and it keeps telling me the passwords do not match.

3. Fix this please.Im trying to buy tickets to the museum, which i need to log in for, but it wont let me register after logging in through weverse.

4. Please help and reply , it's really annoyingThere's a pop up thing about the bts proof exhibition and I can't click out of there.

5. The button just doesnt work.There is a pop message displays on the app when opened, can't close it .

6. I hate that I had to download the app just for the single museum trip.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HYBE INSIGHT Issues

1. Fix HYBE INSIGHT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HYBE INSIGHT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HYBE INSIGHT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HYBE INSIGHT" » Open HYBE INSIGHT » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HYBE INSIGHT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HYBE INSIGHT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HYBE INSIGHT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HYBE INSIGHT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HYBE INSIGHT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HYBE INSIGHT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HYBE INSIGHT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HYBE INSIGHT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HYBE INSIGHT not working


2. Fix HYBE INSIGHT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HYBE INSIGHT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HYBE INSIGHT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HYBE INSIGHT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
