1. That means when your taxi never arrives (which has happened seceral times since i downloaded it) and yet you are charged the base fare, you have to call, as i did, numerous times, wait on hold for 20 minutes each time and be disconnected randomly, yet nobody can or even knows how to reverse a charge.I don't enjoy waiting for the taxi that accepted my request to never show up or linger in an area for some reason and then i get a notice stating the ride was complete.

2. Then drivers seem to cancel on you without notice... just keeps saying "acting booking" and the tracking option disappears.The app is fine but yellow cab in san francisco doesn't honor your booking if a driver sees another fare en route.

3. The taxi company dispatch needs to be in sync with the app as well there are 2 ways to obtain a ride just book in the app or call the office to book a ride although this way does not show up in app.

4. Also please train your drivers! They don't know the difference between east and west, and it happened a few times that they didn't see me waiving and just drove past me!#1 - IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT IS NO WAY TO TIP THE DRIVER THROUGH THE APP! There's no way to know that, and then the driver is screwed If you don't have cash.

5. I'd rather use an actual taxi cab driver than the other services, but the app needs to be up to par for people to want to use it.Terrible service.

6. It showed the driver was 1 minute away when it was more like 4 and continued to show driver was 1 minute away for the entire ride.

7. Waited 45 minutes for a driver for them to keep canceling or disappearing.

8. It doesn't matter how good the app is if it doesn't lead to a convenient ride.Scam app.

9. He/she marked on the app that they showed up, and then charged me 10 min later marking the trip as complete.

10. There is no way to challenge a fare or request a review through the app and the receipts arrive from a "noreply@" email address.

11. Had to call an uber instead then saw they charged me for a trip that never happened.

1. Fix YoTaxi SF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YoTaxi SF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YoTaxi SF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YoTaxi SF" » Open YoTaxi SF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YoTaxi SF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YoTaxi SF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YoTaxi SF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YoTaxi SF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YoTaxi SF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YoTaxi SF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YoTaxi SF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YoTaxi SF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YoTaxi SF not working

2. Fix YoTaxi SF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YoTaxi SF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YoTaxi SF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YoTaxi SF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
