Why should I report an Issue with Message Ringtones - SMS sounds?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I don't know whether I still have the sounds or notnice ringtones but some are badly made or edited.Pretty cool different notifications sounds.No but this app.. SMS ringtones definitely don't go to the SMS messenger part as ringtone because everything is a normal type pattern built-in and no kind of changes can be done anymore because it won't allow it to happen.

2. As for system sound android I definitely don't like it either.I This app was never ment for me u can't even download nor apply the tone, ah😒😒😒Easy to use brilliantA huge variety of different ring and text tones on here.

3. I installed, opened it , accidentally clicked on a link for advertisements, back, clicked continue at bottom, sampled most of the listed notification sounds and was unimpressed.

4. Also if you just wanted a notification tone like I did they have tons of those but I ended up using all of their tones for my phone lol.Not what I was hoping for but some people might like these notifications.

5. Some of the sounds are interesting and quite useful but to obtain each of them requires viewing or hearing multiple annoying ads, some of which require browsers to open and some of which are animations or videos.

6. Sorry..Decent app, easy to use, nice UI but give only 4 stars b/c can't download notification sounds.

7. Suggestion: Add option for Pro version of a small fee (that includes add removal, premium tones or additional tones (like you get when you watch an ad).

8. Unfortunately from first look around you can only select for Ringtone, Alarm, Message, etc.Great selection of message notifications.

1. Fix Message Ringtones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Message Ringtones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Message Ringtones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Message Ringtones" » Open Message Ringtones - SMS sounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Message Ringtones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Message Ringtones - SMS sounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Message Ringtones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Message Ringtones - SMS sounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Message Ringtones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Message Ringtones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Message Ringtones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Message Ringtones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Message Ringtones not working

2. Fix Message Ringtones Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Message Ringtones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Message Ringtones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Message Ringtones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
