It now constantly refreshes and doesn't stop, I have to close app, clear cache and data, and open it to get a glimpse and then it starts refreshing again non-stop.It used to be good, but they've broken the fingerprint authentication, and so every time I open the app it doesn't know me and I have to go through the whole login process again.
2. Easier to just use a browser for everything and save the space on devices.clunky, difficult & time-consuming log-in (every time), unable to remove the rubbish from the front screen (all I want to see are my services, the rest should be on a different screen).
3. You call this an app?What's the point of an app if it requires a browser cross screen to log-in? Certainly doesn't make it any more secure, even with 2F Auth.
4. It doesn't have a way to directly use fingerprint to login, instead opens a browser and then from there you have to use fingerprint.
5. "Customer service was a wasn't time" ☹️I hate the way I have to log in each and every time when I open belong app.
6. You still need to login and authenticate with a code sent to mobile.
7. When signing in "each time" it takes me to my web browser and asking for my password, then it goes back to the app for my finger for signing in.
8. Belong hasn't been able to fix the code sending yet, have to receive by email.
9. There should be an easy way to login.Worst app! Won't let me use biometrics despite deleting app and resetting password multiple times.
10. When Customer service told me what to do and that didn't work at all, and they were fast to closed my case straight after message back.
11. I shouldnt need to login each occasion, maybe set a pin instead.
