11. A virtual debit card would be a great to have linked to the checking account.

It seems there's a limitation on my account and I'm not able to transfer money onto my account like normal three PayPal and I really need to be able to load money onto my account. I have a account I broke my phone I haven't been able to access the account through another device. I have contacted customer service 4 days in a row and no response. The app will not let me log in. I have used the live chat, text message, and email. Nothing has been done about it. I will try one more time then I will cancel my account and spread negative feedback wherever I can. The app is visually pleasing but customer service sucks.
