BCU Customer Insights

1. They charge $29 for every declined transaction even if on a debit card unless you allow them to drain your savings if an unauthorized charge comes through. This app really makes me want to close my account and bank with someone else.

2. Firstly, instead of finger print being able to authenticate all account logins, it's specific to only one account so if you have more than one account it's useless, the it keeps randomly prompting to use the fingerprint authentication w/ no way to keep that from happening.

3. I thought you were going to fix billpay so it doesn't bring me to another website for it, instead you left that and fixed the other good design, another redesign is neededSo far it's easy to navigate and use.

4. The app makes it easy and simple for me to do my banking without being bombarded with ads about Credit Cards and what not like these other bank traditional do.

5. However, when EVERY TIME you login, each person that an account is linked to, get an message "was this you?", Click "yes" or "no" comes up EVERY TIME, it get old! It gets frustrating! There is no way of disabling it! Especially if you accidentally hit no and your account gets locked.

6. Next big issue is that recently out of nowhere, regardless of the remember this device option being clicked & in way less than 30 days, it keeps prompts to text validate.Wow i was looking forward to the upgrade since there was so much talk leading up to it but I personally believe, the design totally missed the mark.

7. I have had issues finding how to opt out of their overdraft protection program, I didn't mean to set that up when I started the account but if I can't find it I can call and I know they will get it fixed for me.

8. It means I have to babysit my transactions each month to ensure I get an interest rate that's just barely competitive with my other bank.

9. The app refuses to remember my phone and I have to get a text with a special code sent every time.

10. Customer service is a joke that they can't help you after hours and don't say that until after jumping through hoops to prove you are you!No longer easy to navigate.

11. The text for transactions all blend into each other making it difficult to see things at a glance.
