Classic Cars Magazine Customer Insights

1. went on line to purchase the magazine I missed they charged me and now I it wont appear on my laptop OR my phone for a person who has religiously bought this magazine from late 70's I am totally disappointed with this result I have never been let down before but I feel that having so many of your magazines and other car magazines I used to collect 12 different ones and having been in the motor trade for close on 50 years I look forward to each and every edition, so you must see how disappointed I am !!!!!!!!!!!!!!You need to redesign to incorporate a larger font.

2. For a fully paid subscription model the app should be optimised so articles can be read easily on a phone.bought I magazine that I missed through illness, so I thought that I would get an annual subscription which I have paid for.

3. Have a look at how Car magazine does it.Maybe the worst interface ever.....they should tell you how horrible this is BEFORE you buy a magazine.

4. Only works on phone, will not work on Kindle even with the play store side loaded.

5. On a phone the font is just too small to make it easy to read.
