I've been an Empire subscriber for years and went digital this year and kind of wish I had not bothered.Love Empire and the app has great features - not the easiest to use and I always seem to have sign in issues and the CTAs to subscribe, when you're already subscribed is quite frustrating...but it's so great to have the digital option of the mag and couldn't recommend VIP membership more - if you're London based anyway!I like being able to read Empire on my phone while travelling to work.

3. Real shame as I'm sure I'd use the app a lot.Same thing is happening again, this time on a new phone running Android 11... App is not working anymore on my Android Oreo 8.1.0. Keeps loading then says "Hint: could not load content".

1. Restart Empire Magazine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Empire Magazine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Empire Magazine" » Open Empire Magazine: Cinema news » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Empire Magazine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Empire Magazine: Cinema news app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Empire Magazine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Empire Magazine: Cinema news" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Empire Magazine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Empire Magazine might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Empire Magazine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Empire Magazine then reinstall.
