1. Very frustrating to say the least! update 1/2/19 - In response to Banner saying my app is out dated, I have updated my app and it is the latest version and it STILL does not work!When it works, its a good app.
2. It can't seem to zoom or focus, so every picture I try and take turns out blurry and unreadable by the app.6/17/2020 - I did call as suggested and told it is a known issue... same thing I was told last month.
3. Just can't believe this is taking so long to fix... Maybe roll back to a previous version that worked?! Update 6/16/2020 - STILL BROKEN! Both the app and website still gives the same error as it did almost one month ago! Can't believe it is not fixed! The app is broken, and so is their website.
4. Still, Bill Pay looks and feels tacked on, and the search feature in the account view gets in the way of directly viewing recent transactions.
5. I do like the up-front short-cuts to important and commonly used features like Snapshot Deposits, and I also like the small but helpful additions to the Bill Pay feature.
6. Not the first time I have had problems with their app.when it works it is fine it just never works when I need it Always searching for a connection but it doesn't matter if I am using WiFi or 4G it is searching.
7. The snapshot deposit feature is unusable for me, because it doesn't seem to use any of my phone's features built into the camera.
8. The bill pay could be more user friendly, it is difficult to change things in it, I always have to zoom in on the screen to see when I try to make changes and the set up in bill pay makes quick observations nearly obsolete.
9. I keep track, so there's never been an issue, but at midnight, dont freak out when you get paid and the account looks wonky.
10. other than that, the app is great! We love our bank!!It's a very effective and usable app, but there remains a lack of polish and integration that only rates 4 stars.
11. I select a transaction date from their calendar and it gives me an error, saying I need to enter a valid date.
