1. Sometimes she takes longer to settle down than other nights.Wonderful app with BEAUTIFUL SONGS that really soothes my little man! I can't tell you how many peaceful nights (and even afternoons or mornings) this app has afforded me! The only small issue is ai would like to be able to choose the order of songs from this song list, that I could have all the songs from both (or all) apps for my purchase price (which is reasonable) and also that there were a couple more customization options.

2. Though I don't have the money to purchase the remaining 4 songs (I think), I play the ones I can with my WiFi connectected and those other songs get shuffled into the playlist! The only thing I don't like is that when you set the timer for the songs to stop, it gets stuck on the current song playing until the time lapses... please do something about that.

3. Hope you decide to add some of the songs from the other app.The latest version is not working properly! The songs doesn't play automatically! The next song starts playing only if the screen is on which is very irritating and not useful! Please, fix it ASAP! Actually, stops after every song.

4. Positive, I absolutely love these songs, classical music nursery rhymes, they are amazing and not only put my kids to sleep but I also fall asleep to it.

5. I hate that I spent the money for no reason, but I still love the app for my little girl!I LOVE this app! I can play relaxing classical music for my baby and not have to have to app open for it to continue to play so the light from the screen won't be an issue.

6. After some minutes the sound stops.My baby love this, been using it while he is still in my womb( using headphones for my tummy😁) and now , as a baby he'd sleep through the night , also the lullabies tremendously helped with his colic episodes 💕I really love this app.

7. I'm giving a three-star rating because I paid the upgrade fee (albeit only a couple of dollars) to get extra songs, but literally nothing changed about the app.

8. The negative, it says if you purchase the subscription you have access to more songs.

1. Restart Mozart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mozart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mozart" » Open Mozart for Babies Brain » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mozart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mozart for Babies Brain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mozart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mozart for Babies Brain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mozart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mozart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mozart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mozart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mozart not working

2. Fix Mozart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mozart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mozart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mozart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
