1. Do not use their app or services, its been 3 months and they have given no updates other than people have been "working to fix the issue." Absolutely terrible.I'M ON THE LATEST UPDATE! I use this to deposit checks.

2. That would be an added convenience.For users with multiple checking accounts, it is not possible to change the default account that the app uses when paying bills.

3. When the camera feature focuses in on the check it fails to capture the image and closes the feature.

4. It's fast enough that if I end up not having enough money in my checking at a check out lane, I can typically move money from my savings into checking in about 30 seconds or less.The slowest app ever.

11. I have no access to my money after an account reset I was prompted to do.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Axos All-In-One Issues

1. Fix Axos All-In-One Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Axos All-In-One: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Axos All-In-One App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Axos All-In-One" » Open Axos All-In-One Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Axos All-In-One » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Axos All-In-One Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Axos All-In-One servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Axos All-In-One Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Axos All-In-One app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Axos All-In-One might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Axos All-In-One. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Axos All-In-One then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Axos All-In-One not working


2. Fix Axos All-In-One Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Axos All-In-One be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Axos All-In-One not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Axos All-In-One may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
