1. I tried several times to login for uploading the bills..but it's waste of time and money not yet reimbursed.just open the app 4 times and it keep crashing on different locationApps needs to be updated, cant attached documentsvery bad app and never have support even i cannot register or create accountApp need to be changed.

2. If there was 0 stars i would have given.The apps has basic problems such as cannot make a password after trying tens of times using all the rules, after a week it worked again another simple error that it never send otp no channel for support and no services are privided in the web site.

3. Giving up on this waste of time.Pitty for a such big insurance name to have such pathetic application that a child could develop a more functional one.

4. It doesn't support basic functionality and not user friendly and crashes a lotHorrible app.

5. Once you're finally signed in, it freezes when you're trying to submit a claim.Then when you try again, you have to enter ALL your details again (what's the point of registering then?).

6. I will certainly change insurance company and wouldn't even recommend it.The worst app and maintenance ever.

7. I cant get to my account no matter what i try even after i called thei support.

8. I am sure this app was never tested before launch what a shameHassle free, always convenient and had a great experience already with AXA.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyGIG GULF Issues

1. Fix MyGIG GULF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyGIG GULF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
