1. Be careful in region Bodensee as roaming is needed for Germany!!! Good this is prepaid, I have not had automatic recharge and total balance of 9 EUR for 0.6 mb was zeroed out without me using phone in Switzerland..DO NOT CONNECT YOUR CARD WITH THE APP!!The app topped up extra intenet, without my consent and deducted almost 40eur in 2 weeks time from my bank account, after I ran out of my chosen packages data.I didn't send them an sms or chose "extra data" on the app.It just topped-up, without my knowledge.I got 4 sms's from the HoT team, that they have topped up my credit, thinking these charges will stay as credit.Little did I know they were charging me for extra data.HoT shouldn't make that choiceForMe!Useless company.

2. Once you add a second one, you cannot swap between them ( as you can do in the web page) I hope this is easy to fix!Mislead me into paying 20 euro instead of 10, the additional 10 euro credit on the app that i could have otherwise use to activate a package became without reason 9.80euro which meant i could only use it for a smaller dat package.

3. When you run out of internet traffic it just starts using your credit money, without an obvious option to cancel this.App looks great, very functional as long as you have just one phone number.

4. Very disappointed with an app i actually found interesting at first.Bad it doesn't work good especially when you are registering your self.15 EUR per MB roaming for Schweiz (zone 2) is unbelievable and switched on by default in the app .

5. Every other SIM card tried to ensure it's the phone that has issues... Works!It was good before, but what is this now that it requires access to camera and storage.

6. Using HoT feels like going back 12 years in time...Incredibly bad app, not user friendly, no proper English translation, instead you get a mix of German and English text.

7. I am not going to be taking selfie with it.I bought only 1 month worth of the €9,90 tariff but it was deducted off of my bank account twice.

8. DO NOT TRUST HoT when you travel, because you might miss a flight or srh worse if you depend on a uber or need internet, because it just won't work.

9. It seems only one of those was registered so now I've paid €18.80 for one months worth of my chosen tariff.

10. The app is good, simple and not too much extra stuff.

11. Only complain I have is that roaming never works, if you're lucky it will for 5 minutes per day, just to receive some late messages.

1. Fix Mein HoT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mein HoT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mein HoT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mein HoT" » Open Mein HoT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mein HoT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mein HoT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mein HoT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mein HoT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mein HoT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mein HoT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mein HoT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mein HoT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mein HoT not working

2. Fix Mein HoT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mein HoT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mein HoT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mein HoT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
