Aurora AOne Classic Customer Insights

1. Hopefully a new update will come soon to make it more stable.No stability what so ever, i have the spryte en-dll10160/40 x9, aurora aone zigbee hub, dimmer and remote..all ports are open udp and tcp and software is upto date Phone app can work for 10s to a day As for the remote same result Expensive piece of kit that barely works On top the dimmer and light make a loud buzz Called the support team and they're not much help either, Btw i am an experienced electrician So guess its time for a refundUnreliable and upgrades don't happen.

2. If a device disconnects and a schedule is set the then said schedule becomes orphaned but im told today a new version is being pushed out.

3. When some devices are registered and connected then become unresponsive.The app was working fine untill yesterday.

4. While a good app I accept its still being developed... So at the moment in this version I get.. 1.

5. Some time new devices will not register on multiple attempts and then do.

6. Random disconnects from devices.

7. Can't do anything with lights.This App is getting better and more reliable now.

8. Still some issues with responsiveness and pairing.

9. As soon as I open the app, it freezes.

10. The UI is completely unresponsive.

11. Simply too low quality to work well and cannot resolve issues - look elsewhereGreat app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aurora AOne Classic Issues

1. Fix Aurora AOne Classic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aurora AOne Classic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aurora AOne Classic App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aurora AOne Classic" » Open Aurora AOne Classic » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aurora AOne Classic » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aurora AOne Classic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aurora AOne Classic servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aurora AOne Classic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aurora AOne Classic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aurora AOne Classic might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aurora AOne Classic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aurora AOne Classic then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aurora AOne Classic not working


2. Fix Aurora AOne Classic Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aurora AOne Classic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aurora AOne Classic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aurora AOne Classic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
