Why should I report an Issue with Arranger Keyboard?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I hope you to solve that problem.This app doesn't deserves 100%, it truly reads style files but not all, I have a lot of files that when I try playing it, the sound becomes choppy or the app just freezes, I hope this problem will be addressed in the next update, because this app has potentialI bought this app with the aim of being able to load some beats in .STY files saved on my phone.

Just add more in itWhen i installed it , i didn't expect that i would find such an amazing app , very similar to a real keyboard, the sounds are very nice ,and i just cant stop playing .. but the only thing i didnt like is that the drum beats are always lower in voice than the instrument that is being played , but overall it is an amazing app and i highly recomend it to other users .

Thanks for making this app free for everyoneSorry but I don't have a opportunity to test this app until today - the previous review has been indeed false - there must be some glitch in the rating system, because I can't even delete this review ! But I have checked it and I think that you put too much of the advert into this, if the app is really good why don't you do the demo app without adverts with blocked save function? Than I could check if it works ok with external MIDI.

4. Why you people wants contacts permission? What's the use of this in your app?Why is the keyboard volume inconsistent ? When u press the keys - the volume would become low & go high agin... it's useless ???😠😠😠I don't know if it's my phone or not but I'm having latencies with the sound, it happens with and without earphones.

5. Now it is too much hassles - uninstalled.Thanks for this simple, though, great musical keyboard on play store.

6. One problem only is when playing fastly, clicking sound appears.

7. What's it that I'm not doing right?I had used this app too much as I like middle eastern , Arabic , Bollywood kind of beats.

8. The sounds only plays 0.5 seconds after pressing the key but it makes it very hard to play.It's nice app I had never used it before.

1. Fix Arranger Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Arranger Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Arranger Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arranger Keyboard" » Open Arranger Keyboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arranger Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Arranger Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Arranger Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Arranger Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Arranger Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Arranger Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Arranger Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Arranger Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Arranger Keyboard not working

2. Fix Arranger Keyboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Arranger Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Arranger Keyboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Arranger Keyboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
