Hello! I really need help…You see I uninstalled SD for awhile and then got it back, I played it go of before I uninstalled it. Now I go to my parents house and it won’t work. I cannot play it! It will load and load and when it gets done loading, I press on the dancing room, but it says I need to be a certain lvl when I’m passed that lvl. Nothing will load either. My grandparents have Century Link and my parents have Hugh’s Net. I called Hugh’s Net, the internet does fine…they say it’s the game…and it only does it on my parents internet…please help me! I beg! Hello I have this problem with you app. Every time I take a break from the game (like a month) and when I come back to play, my account is wiped and every progress I made, every money I’ve spent, all gone and I’m really upset about that because I spent so much time and effort and money in it just for it to all vanish in a month just because I took a little break. hello, I've put a password to my sweet dance destroying password on bag and I can't remember. I would like to remember it so please tell me.

It's been a little bit since this happened but I can't get my SD account back. I go to "add friend" and searched up the ID in the sweet dance server, and the account pops up. It's not deleted, it's just sitting there. I linked my SD account to Facebook and when I went to use it to sign in, it gave me a whole new account with the other one still being there. I then tried logging in with the user and password and it won't work because my username is in font. Is there anyway to reset my password or get help logging into that account? I have the SD account number and everything

I've been playing SweetDance for over a year now. I recently took a break for a few months to sort some things out and some of it ended up taking more time than I'd hoped. By the time I'd gotten back, my account had somehow been deleted.
