After beating the game twice, I still haven't unlocked the Marahnello character, let alone collect 400 cards like in the picture, unless I spent money on IAP.I don't know if it is my phones processor, or something with the app, but from the moment I booted it up, everything runs fine EXCEPT the music, it's pretty much running the sound and chart at the slowest rate possible, and I thought it was just the first track, like maybe it was just that, and the first track took me fifteen, 15, minutes to complete, but then I go back to the main menu and next track and its the same, please helpThis game is really fun and is very understandable of how to play.

2. Instead, the notes aren't synced to the music that well, the dancer is just a prop that randomly does any moves when I tap to the notes and the speed and accuracy of the game is horrible.

3. I really don't like the new version of the game to be honest, I loved tapping on the notes to the beat but swiping has been a lot more frustrating.

4. One thing that I think just happens to me, is that Everytime I finish playing a song, an add pops up and after the ad, I get kicked out of the game and don't receive points.

1. Restart Marshmello Music Dance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marshmello Music Dance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marshmello Music Dance" » Open Marshmello Music Dance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marshmello Music Dance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Marshmello Music Dance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marshmello Music Dance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Marshmello Music Dance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marshmello Music Dance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marshmello Music Dance might not work.
