1. Great app, but please fix this.easy to use! this app (for someone who took French in highschool for a few years) is a great refresher! for someone who has an "okay" knowledge I found it to be a great tool to pick up the language again.

1. Fix Learn French Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn French: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn French App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn French" » Open Learn French - Speak French » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn French » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn French - Speak French app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn French servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn French - Speak French" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn French app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn French might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn French. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn French then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn French not working
