Why should I report an Issue with Athan: Prayer Times & Al Quran?

1. Other than that problem the app really helps with improving my life! Thank YouVery disappointed that the widget which has been a staple of my use of the app has become a "premium" feature available through paid subscription only.

2. I would have been willing to pay a one-time fee to purchase the app's premium features and to support the app's developer(s), but a paid subscription for something that has always been free is not something I am willing to bear.

3. The latest update turned the widget option into a premium feature, so I can no longer see the prayer times on home screen.

4. I could bear with the bombardment of ads they began to do but now they just slowly stripping away features that were free and all of a sudden its a "premium feature".

5. You cannot open the app without hating it for so many apps, at the bottom of the screen where you would select options and within a few seconds a full screen ad with volume on.

6. Time to look for a different athan app that doesn't charge for essential features like widgets.Never have I seen an app displaying ads twice every minute.

7. Would appreciate if you could develop it for the Amazon Fire tablet, since tablets have a bigger screen so it's easier to read the Quran and if we are able to sync across devices then it would be easier to always use the app, which I want to be able to do.

1. Fix Athan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Athan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Athan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Athan" » Open Athan: Prayer Times & Al Quran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Athan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Athan: Prayer Times & Al Quran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Athan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Athan: Prayer Times & Al Quran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Athan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Athan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Athan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Athan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Athan not working

2. Fix Athan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Athan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Athan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Athan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
