Why should I report an Issue with AlMosaly: Athan, Qibla, Quran?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Madar Software to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

And I understand that advertisements in this application but please filter for acceptance of advertising forms, do not accept advertisements that contain RIBA, SUBHAT, and which are indeed FORBIDDEN Thank you for your attention and concernThe app became a window to the ads .I hardly can see the times and details because of the ads.very awful and irritating appThe application has so much potential... Ads, however, are such a turn off! Sometimes, they're so inappropriate.

2. Other than that, i think this app are very useful for us to self improve as a moslem.A good application, but a little suggestion that the reading of the Quran please give the color of tajweed, this is to help for those who are not fluent in reading the Quran.

3. I have it installed on a Samsung and it doesn't give the option to use a personal email for login (just prompts me for a Facebook, Google, or Twitter account -- all of which I do NOT use for personal things).I don't like the arabic font they're using for the app.

4. In addition, there is this problem that athaan only displays when the screen is on... Once it goes off, it stops!!I love Al Mosaly program...but unfortunately so many ads interrupt the program all the time !! Please cancel these ads completely.

5. As a request for a feature, it would be good to manually add our own reminders for Awrad to the to-do list.

1. Fix AlMosaly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AlMosaly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AlMosaly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AlMosaly" » Open AlMosaly: Athan, Qibla, Quran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AlMosaly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AlMosaly: Athan, Qibla, Quran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AlMosaly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AlMosaly: Athan, Qibla, Quran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AlMosaly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AlMosaly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AlMosaly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AlMosaly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AlMosaly not working

2. Fix AlMosaly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AlMosaly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AlMosaly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AlMosaly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
