Why should I report an Issue with Astrolink: Birth Chart?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Astrolink to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Other that that, the UI is nice and the app is easy to navigateI love this app! It's so interesting and on point its amazing!! The only con i have is there's in-app purchases and I actually don't have the funds at the moment so I couldn't even finish reading what I started..so that was a bummer otherwise i rate it 5*!!!lotta info, fun to read and think about, and/or to utilize for perspective.

2. Not only do they put an incredible amount of info into your chart and all of that but they also have an entire section just for teaching you everything from the origins of the signs and their traits,etc to explaining the chart, etcAbsolutely Phenomenal.

3. 2nd the charts are complete which I've had a hard time finding with all the other apps or websites advertising as free.And 3rd the level of information available in one app is insane.

4. One suggestion though, allow us to make vedic charts or just choose the astrology system with the same amount of details.

5. A lot of the paragraph beginning each section is cut off, such as in the Basic Characteristics section, the explanation ends "...considered virtues and___" that's it.

6. Been studying astrology for 18 years, nearly, and they outdid themselves in my opinion.

7. I have been studying astrology most of my life, and once, long ago, there was an app similar to this but it's gone now and this one is so much better.

8. There has been an issue that's been going on for awhile where you can't scroll through your horoscope without it constantly reloading the page.

1. Fix Astrolink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Astrolink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Astrolink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Astrolink" » Open Astrolink: Birth Chart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Astrolink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Astrolink: Birth Chart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Astrolink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Astrolink: Birth Chart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Astrolink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Astrolink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Astrolink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Astrolink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Astrolink not working

2. Fix Astrolink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Astrolink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Astrolink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Astrolink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
