1. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in its current state.While some features like not being able to remove incomplete applications from dashboard or cancel them altogether, inability to self-refresh AIM score (mine disappears for months at a time), or the inability to copy your card number, the app offers an in-app support call feature with pretty short hold times and local banks working with you.

2. Sometimes when I log in, the account info is stuck loading despite other screens appearing.I keep getting charged a $2 monthly fee, even if I didn't set it up on their "pay what's fair" option.

3. It's a bit cumbersome to get to "scheduled transfer" as a menu option as though.Love the account, but the app has some issues which is important for an online-only bank.

4. Please add some basic info, how much deposited into the account to date, total of account to date, a graph of the performance (gains losses).

5. However, as many others have stated, the Account Summary page consistently takes forever to load, both when first logging in and after returning from another page.

6. Every time I open the app over the last 6 months, it'll ask me to apply for the credit card, then the app will freeze.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aspiration Issues

1. Fix Aspiration Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aspiration: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aspiration App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aspiration" » Open Aspiration - Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aspiration » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aspiration - Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aspiration servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aspiration - Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aspiration app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aspiration might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aspiration. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aspiration then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aspiration not working


2. Fix Aspiration Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aspiration be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aspiration not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aspiration may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, I'd like to request that my account with Aspiration Spend, Save, Invest account data be deleted. Note that under GDPR, I'm not obligated to provide a reason for my request. The penalty for non-compliance could result in a $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.
