Fake Notifications Customer Insights

1. It's designed more for you to choose a predesignated date and time that you want a fake notification for any of your installed apps to pop up in your notification area.

2. I initially thought this app was designed to tweak and/or replace other app's default built-in notifications.... but that's not quite what it does.

3. I am using an android phone, there is no setting I can find that is blocking or shutting down the app, and it has all permissions I can give it.Pretty good and useful, but really feature-poor.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fake Notifications Issues

1. Fix Fake Notifications Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fake Notifications: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fake Notifications App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fake Notifications" » Open Fake Notifications » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fake Notifications » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fake Notifications app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fake Notifications servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fake Notifications" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fake Notifications app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fake Notifications might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fake Notifications. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fake Notifications then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fake Notifications not working
