1. Wish this had the ability to see estimated future balance like we had under older program that used "finance works?" The extra security is sometimes annoying but at the same time it's good to know they keep our information safe.Horrible! The app only lets me log in when it wants me to.

2. The only thing I don't like is if you are trying to make a transfer from savings it won't let you and you have to go online on the website to do it, but making transfers from any other account is easy as pie.

3. However j just tried a mobile deposit from a computer generated check with a computer generated signature.

1. Fix Tyndall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tyndall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tyndall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tyndall" » Open Tyndall Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tyndall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tyndall Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tyndall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tyndall Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tyndall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tyndall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tyndall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tyndall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tyndall not working

2. Fix Tyndall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tyndall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tyndall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tyndall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
