Some missing features/bugs include: no picture in picture playback, no audio continuing to play when I close the app, no double tap to go forward or backward, no dark mode, videos looping despite having "Auto Play Videos" unchecked.Wow! I am blown away with the new update! The app was great before, having all of the essential tricks any yo-yo master would need to learn, but now you can download videos and do level up right in the app! Now it is super easy to learn any trick anywhere, even if you don't have service (provided you download the video of course).

2. The video navigation is a little difficult, I've been going in order but sometimes it feels like there's a few trick videos missing.

3. A few suggestions I have are an open in browser button for the shop, so we can use our auto fill settings for checkout, and some kind of a-b loop setting in the video player, to make it easier to rewatch a specific section of a tutorial.Content of this app is fantastic.

11. I made an account to get started, but hitting the heart to put a trick into my Level Up tab took several presses to get it to respond.

1. Fix Level Up! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Level Up!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Level Up! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Level Up!" » Open Level Up! - Yoyo and Skill Toy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Level Up! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Level Up! - Yoyo and Skill Toy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Level Up! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Level Up! - Yoyo and Skill Toy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Level Up! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Level Up! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Level Up!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Level Up! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Level Up! not working

2. Fix Level Up! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Level Up! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Level Up! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Level Up! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
