Please fix.No good, plenty of issues, from not being able to see your paystub, to not being able to clock in, to the app clocking you out without you knowing(resulting in you not being clocked in at all), throw the whole app away, and there's nothing being done about these issues, it's been 3 paychecks of limbo for me...I only put 1 star because I have to, otherwise I'd put none.Great look and easy to use! Viewing and editing time cards on the go, clocking in and out via mobile device, and the upcoming dates alerts are my favorite features.

2. Doesn't need to exist as an Android app and could have just been a PWA, but their website is also terrible.One stop shop! It's so convenient to be able to clock in/out, view my time card and request PTO from my phone.

3. Terrible interface; reviewing a PTO request and won't even display the current balance so I have to navigate all over the place to find critical information.

4. It will only flash the previous stub for a second or two then show nothing.The mobile app is really lack a lot of information that is needed.

5. I mean, who can't use a little personal assistantance in keeping up with all the important information?App shows all data but will not show pay stubs or YTD pay.

6. The app includes all my benefit information and company documents so I don't have to go searching for information.

7. I left the company associated with it a while ago and unfortunately had to use it again to check tax-related information.

8. It keeps giving error when I try to clock in, in the morning when I'm in the vicinity already.

9. I love that I can sign any updated forms and the system reminds me of task needing to be completed anytime I open the app.

11. Signing in & out is a breeze, notifications are easily located, and any other navigational needs (TORs, paystubs, etc.) are done with ease.

1. Fix eSELFSERVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eSELFSERVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eSELFSERVE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eSELFSERVE" » Open eSELFSERVE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eSELFSERVE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eSELFSERVE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eSELFSERVE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eSELFSERVE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eSELFSERVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eSELFSERVE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eSELFSERVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eSELFSERVE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eSELFSERVE not working

2. Fix eSELFSERVE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eSELFSERVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eSELFSERVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eSELFSERVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
