I answered a survey yesterday and it showed that I'd have to redeem the reward. However, once I clicked the 'redeem now' button, the page reloads but nothing shows. i haven't received my payment since the 5th September, and the payment status remain "pending approval". On that pending approval status they'd usually give us $0.01 before they eventually send the full funds but i didn't get any of that either
