Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Snap Shot Issues
1. Fix Snap Shot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Snap Shot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Snap Shot App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snap Shot" » Open Snap Shot - Selfie Camera » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snap Shot » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Snap Shot - Selfie Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snap Shot servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snap Shot - Selfie Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Snap Shot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snap Shot might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Snap Shot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snap Shot then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snap Shot not working
2. Fix Snap Shot Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snap Shot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snap Shot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snap Shot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
